Double Ended Shearbeam Loadcell are used in Tanks , Hoppers and multiple applications wherein the weight of the total item ranges from 10 ton to 120 ton . 
This loadcell is matched with a special design mounting as shown in the images . It can be directly easily installed under Tanks . 

These Loadcells are Premium Quality with Class C3 Accuracy . 

Mount the load cell to heavy plates attached to the frame. These plates should be rigid and non-deformable. This transfers the total load through the bottom mount to the supporting structure. Drill and tap holes in the mounting plates based on the dimensions in the load cell's installation drawing or data sheet.

Hopper Mount Load Cell is a complete weighing assembly consisting of:

1. Load Cell (usually shear beam or compression type)

2. Mounting Kit (base plate, top plate, anti-lift/overturning protection, and hardware)

This setup is specifically designed for hopper, tank, and silo weighing applications, where material weight must be measured continuously or batch-wise.
